The Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, wished everyone success. She emphasized that the exam will be conducted in 340 centers that are administered and monitored by staff of educational institutions.

"Good luck to the 28,000 students who are starting the national basic education exams today, starting with the Albanian Language exam and then in Mathematics, Foreign Language and Mother Tongue."

The exam lasts about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Students will also be tested in mathematics and a foreign language in the coming days.
