Fredi Beleri has reacted to the searches carried out this Thursday by BKH agents at Ergys Agas's apartment and offices. 

In a reaction on social media, Beleri has raised accusations that Agasi was the person who kept judge Irena Gjoka in the system. Beleri says that Agasi is a person very close to Prime Minister Rama and that he was in command of the judiciary, the elections and according to Beleri, he has now fled in an unknown direction.

" I invite you, together with the journalists in the studio, to investigate what Mr. Agasi's connections are with Judge Gjoka. So he was one of the factors who controlled the judiciary, controlled the elections, he was a man very close to the prime minister who has fled in an unknown direction. He was the man who protected Mrs. Gjoka, he was the man who kept Mrs. Gjoka in the system.

"The separation of powers does not work. Justice in our country is the extended hand of power. This cannot have elections. This killed the elections, it killed democracy. There is no other way, the elections are rigged," said Beleri.

The searches against Agas were carried out at the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office this Thursday. During the search of Agas's villa in Durrës, documents, telephones, laptops and other items that the BKH has assessed as useful for the investigation were seized. SPAK has not preferred to make any comments on this matter, keeping any information related to this file confidential.
