Noka: Policemen were running from morning to night for SP votes

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Albania, Flamur Noka, emphasizes that the opposition in the May 11 post has articulated the same as the OSCE ODIHR preliminary report as well as the resolution that the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee approved a few days ago.

Invited to Ora News, Noka stated that in no country in Europe does it ever happen that the state and the party are one.

Noka : What the opposition has consistently articulated in the May 11 post is the same as the previous OSCE ODIHR report or even the resolution that the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee approved a few days ago.

What would happen on May 11th is predicted again in the Popular Parties resolution that was adopted in Valencia.

What was said?

The party is the state and the state is the party, the state is at the service of the party.

In no functional democracy, no matter how many problems there may be, it never happens in any European country that the state and the party are one.

In this studio, I said that Ramiz Alia was the last communist president, he had less power and influence in the state at that time than Edi Rama does today.

So it is a party state.

Did the opposition simply confront the SP or did the DP and the opposition confront the entire state, its mechanisms, the entire administration, organized crime, drug cartels, or is this not true?

If the state wants it and is committed, it never lets an opposition party rebel.

Police officers were running around from morning to night for votes for the SP.

In a place where SHISH turns into a patron.
