In the caption of the post, Georgina wrote in Arabic: "Remove evil from us. Amen," a sentence that her followers interpreted as a symbolic prayer on the eve of a new chapter in her life.

Rodriguez has previously spoken about the expectations people around her have for her marriage to Ronaldo. On her reality show "I Am Georgina," she humorously revealed that her friends often pester her with questions about the wedding.

"They always make fun of the wedding. When is the wedding? Ever since Jennifer Lopez's song 'The Ring' came out, they sing it to me all the time. And it's not up to me," she said.
