This deception by Rama has conditioned his entire campaign, and that is why I say that it is a deceptive and manipulative campaign.

The decoration, the circle, the flag are in function of a great manipulation. If you have at the foundation of the message, the great manipulation, it is understood that everyone around, even those sitting there who follow Edi Rama, know that this is a stupidity.
