An unusual incident occurred yesterday in Fier between agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH) and employees of a local business, owned by Agron Kapllanaj's brother.

Kapllanaj himself claimed that one of the company employees gave the license plate to a traffic officer and after verifying it, he announced that this car was not registered.
