Police Sue American Hospital over ‘False COVID-19 tests’

Tirana Prosecutors said on Thursday afternoon to have received a referral from the State Police against the American Hospital. As per the said information, the State Police had initiated criminal proceedings against the said private health structure as to what they said were its false claims that its laboratories can perform the COVID-19 tests.

The right-to-information co-ordinator at the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office said that the American Hospital has been charged with smuggling of goods and spreading of information that leads to panic.
