The Council of Ministers has today approved the year-end amnesty for convicts. The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, said that 600 people benefit from this amnesty, which mainly includes women and minors.
"From this amnesty, 600 convicted persons benefit, who will be able to spend the holidays in their homes.
The two categories that benefit are convicted women and minors who will have an opportunity to return to the rehabilitation process ," said Manja.
