Berisha condemns the attacks on the media in the North of Kosovo: The criminals

The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, has condemned the attacks on the Albanian media during the tensions in the North of Kosovo.

In a reaction on Facebook, Berisha writes that the media became the object of attacks by Serbian protesters after their videos made it possible to identify the members of the notorious Belivuk gang, criminals linked to Alksandre Vucic.

Berisha asked the Kosovo police and KFOR forces to guarantee the lives and activities of journalists in the north of Kosovo.

Serbian thugs attack the media in northern Kosovo.

Dear friends, after the KFOR soldiers, the main object of attacks these days have been the journalists, cameramen and vehicles of the media teams of Kosovo, Albania and other countries who fulfilled their duty of information.

They were attacked, beaten and mistreated because with their reports and videos they presented the criminal attacks of these gangs against the Kosovo police and KFOR soldiers. In addition, their footage made it possible to identify in these attacks the members of the notorious Belivuk gang, the criminal linked to Aleksandar Vučić, whose gang killed and maimed people on the banks of the Danube. These thugs have used stones, sticks and explosives against journalists and media teams and their vehicles.

I condemn with the greatest severity the criminal and bandit attacks by local Serbian thugs and those from Belgrade, against journalists and media teams in the north of Kosovo and call on the Kosovo police and KFOR forces to guarantee the lives and activities of journalists in the north of Kosovo.
