In the denunciation published on Facebook, Berisha emphasizes that Rama ordered the head of the IKMT, Dallandyshe Bici, to demolish Gjika Stramarko's hotel, regardless of the security measure.

I am Gjika Stramarko, the former mayor of Dhermi village.

I have had a conflict with IKMT for years.

After three unsuccessful attempts to demolish my building with a permit in the village of Dhermi, today I am informed that IKMT has planned the demolition of my building on 04.11.2023.

You know that with the decision no. 00-2023-3141 (276), dated 27.07.2023, the Supreme Court decided to suspend any action of IKMT for the demolition of our facility

In these conditions, from the legal point of view, no intervention for the demolition of my object is understandable.

Regardless of this, the state police was sent a request for support from IKMT, to demolish an object that the court has ordered not to demolish.

We are only asking for the implementation of the law, a definitive decision, respect for court decisions.
