The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) met today to review some of the pending complaints from previous sessions, filed by the opposition coalition PD-ADSHM. The latter has requested the invalidity and repetition of the elections in all 12 districts of the country.

One of the issues in focus was the one for the Shkodra Region, where the Democratic Party has requested the administration of video footage for four CEAZs, to confirm suspicions of double voting. However, the KAS decided to postpone the consideration of this issue to Wednesday, June 11.

In the parliamentary elections of May 11, the DP-ADSHM coalition emerged as the leading force in the Shkodra Region, securing 5 seats in the Assembly after the vote count was completed.
