A 31-year-old wanted man was arrested by the "Shqiponja" special forces in the city of Vlora, after the security measure "prison arrest" was imposed on him for the criminal offense of theft.

According to the official announcement of the State Police, the citizen JM, a resident of Vlora, tried to leave as soon as he noticed the law enforcement forces, but was stopped and then handcuffed by specialized patrols.

"The services of the Special Force 'Shqiponja', as a result of the operations to capture the wanted citizens, detained the citizen JM, 31 years old, resident of Vlora, who initially tried to leave, but was caught and detained, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora has decided for him the security measure 'Prison arrest', for the criminal offense 'Theft'," the police announcement states.
