Surprising development in Kosovo, Kurti meets with Bedri Hamza

Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti was in Mitrovica, both south and north, today. His stop in the south, at the mayor of South Mitrovica, Bedri Hamza, attracted attention.

The Prime Minister's Office announced the meetings. In the one with Hamza, it said that Kurti spoke with the PDK candidate for prime minister about cooperation between the central and municipal levels.

'After the meeting with Mayor Atiq, the Prime Minister was welcomed by the Mayor of South Mitrovica, Bedri Hamza, with whom they discussed cooperation between the central and municipal levels and the advancement of initiatives and projects that benefit the municipality and its citizens,' the announcement states.

In North Mitrovica, the OPM said that the Mayor, Erden Atiq, informed Kurti about the work done so far and the implementation of projects that bring economic development and efficient services in the interest of all citizens without distinction.

Along with Kurti, the acting Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi, was also present on these visits.
