Leader of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha has been summoned by SPAK to appear on June 10 (tomorrow), at 10:00, to provide explanations regarding a report filed by Judge Irena Gjoka.
The news has also been confirmed by his lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj.
According to the letter also signed by the prosecutor in the case, Elvin Gokaj, he will be summoned to answer questions based on the report filed by the GJKKO judge, Irena Gjoka, on the charge of defamation.
Berisha will go at 10:00 in the morning and has confirmed his presence, while refusal or failure to appear faces other penalties according to the Criminal Code.
