A few months ago, the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, declared that the circulation of concrete mixers and heavy trucks would no longer be allowed in Tirana.

Recently, the spokesperson of the campaign of the opposition candidate for the Mayor of Tirana, Belind Këlliçit, Silvi Bardhi has accused Veliaj of fraud regarding the concrete mixers.

She posts a video on "Facebook" of a statement by the mayor of Tirana about the ban on the circulation of concrete mixers during the day, as well as other images where it seems that it is not implemented in reality.

In the comment accompanying the video, she writes: " Pinocchio is the character in the animated films whose nose grew every time he lied!

A year ago, Veliaj stated that the Municipality of Tirana has banned concrete mixers and heavy machines during the time when there is a teaching activity, i.e. from 07:00 to 20:00.
