Counting ends in Memaliaj, Libohova and Këlcyrë, here's

The vote counting process has been completed in three municipalities of the Gjirokastër district: Memaliaj, Libohëvë and Këlcyrë. Official data shows a clear victory of the Socialist Party over the Democratic Party in all three municipalities.

In Memaliaj, the SP received 3003 votes, compared to the DP's 1444 votes.
In Libohova, the result is 1231 votes for the SP and 768 for the DP.
While in Këlcyrë, the SP secured 1702 votes, compared to the DP's 965.
