The head of the ODIHR election observation mission, Ambassador Lamberto Zannier, also spoke about the incident with the Xhabaftet in Vora and the discovered patronage of "Petro Nini".

We do not have the mandate or function of the police, they must be guaranteed by Albania itself. If there were problems with the lack of reaction of the police, there must be a reaction," said Zannier.
