The Xhabafte in Vora and the shelter of the patronazis, Zannier: Action is

The head of the ODIHR election observation mission, Ambassador Lamberto Zannier, also spoke about the incident with the Xhabaftet in Vora and the discovered patronage of "Petro Nini".

He said that he was informed about people who ran away at the moment the footage was filmed, while emphasizing that if there were problems with the police's lack of response, then there should be a reaction.

"When I visited the Voting Centers, I asked who the people were. We also saw cases where people left. We monitor the process, when there are people who stay further away, it is difficult, because we do not have a mandate to investigate. We are aware of what happened in Vora yesterday and we notified our observers to monitor the situation and they were present. We do not have the mandate or function of the police, they must be guaranteed by Albania itself. If there were problems with the lack of reaction of the police, there must be a reaction," said Zannier.
