Kuçana: Opposition candidates have been threatened by "Rama's

Ilirjana Kuçana, who was a candidate for MP on the open list of the DP in Durres, issued strong statements where, according to her, there were opposition candidates who were threatened by "Rama's gangs in Shkozet".

Invited to A2 CNN, she said that she went to SPAK and reported the threatening person by name and surname. 

"This is not an easy moment for the Democrats, whom I thank and tell them that the DP is the force that will continue the path that must be taken to the end. I am here to take responsibility and to apologize as much as I can."

The battle is not over. I believe we agree that these were not free elections. I have been in a difficult district, where I have campaigned under pressure from criminal gangs, where I have personally encountered and met them every day of my campaign.

There have been opposition candidates who have been threatened not to enter the Shkozet area at all. I was probably one of the few candidates who campaigned in Shkozet. Campaigning with the gangs that control the port of Durres, with the gangs that control all the power in Durres, who appoint the directors... and I'm not saying this today. I have been before SPAK and I have denounced by name and surname ," said Kuçana.
