The trial for the murder of 14-year-old Martin Cani took place in the Tirana Court.

In the next session, 5 minors appeared before the trial panel to testify, in the capacity of persons who had knowledge of the event.

Among the witnesses was the minor KB, who was at the scene at the time of the incident. This witness has been the subject of claims by the victim's family, who are demanding a full explanation of the circumstances that led to the loss of Martin Can's life.

The testimony of the minors was conducted without the presence of the suspected perpetrator, Mario Perlleshaj, as required by the law on the protection of minors in judicial proceedings. On the other hand, through his defense lawyer, Perlleshaj continues to deny the murder charges, claiming that he only shot Luis Mece, who was injured, and not Martin Cani.

The next hearing is expected to take place with the testimony of 7 other people, including 4 minors, who will also testify in the capacity of persons who have knowledge of the circumstances of the event.
