The Ministry of Education and Sports has reacted after the publication of the English thesis, 30 minutes after the start of the test.

MAS states that the publication of the thesis does not affect the process, guaranteeing that the exam is being conducted in safe conditions for high school graduates. This is not the first time that the exam thesis has been published on social networks, but for years MAS has not provided a solution to the situation.

"The ugly act of photographing and publishing the thesis of the foreign language matriculation exam, after the exam has begun, does not affect the process at all and cannot negate the hard work of thousands of teachers, administrators and employees of educational structures across the country, who have worked for months with dedication for the smooth running of this process."

The Ministry of Education and Sports strongly condemns any act that aims to damage the credibility and integrity of the State Matura, emphasizing that any attempt to disrupt the smooth running of the examination process will be dealt with rigorously, according to the regulations in force.

The Ministry of Education and Sports ensures that the exam is being conducted with the best standards, giving high school graduates the opportunity to demonstrate the skills and competencies acquired during their years of study.

These standards are guaranteed by educational structures at every stage of the process: From the design of tests with complete professionalism and security, to the preparation and certification of administrative personnel. Consultations have been carried out in schools, model tests have been distributed by the Educational Services Center since January, the development of pre-tests in schools, as well as psychological support for coping with exam stress, as measures that have accompanied the preparation for the 2025 Matura exam , MAS states.
