Illegal constructions in Jale and Dhërmi, three engineers arrested, IMT

Three people have been arrested by the Vlora Police and another has been declared wanted, suspected of having allowed unauthorized construction in the coastal areas of Jala and Dhërmi.

As part of the investigation into this illegal construction activity, four employees of the Territory Protection Inspectorate (IMT) of the Himara Municipality have also been criminally prosecuted.

The arrested citizens are LD, 41 years old, KC, 40 years old, and I. Zh., 52 years old – who turn out to be engineers and technical project managers. They are suspected of having allowed the continuation of construction works by their workers without the necessary legal documentation.
