A 15-year-old boy was injured by gunfire after a conflict that occurred at the "Fantazia" pizzeria in the "Ali Demi" area in Tirana yesterday.

Police have announced a search for the suspected perpetrator of the incident, a 21-year-old man, as well as the owner of the bar, while they have arrested three employees of the pizzeria for failing to report a crime and obstructing justice.

They are suspected of cleaning up the scene and hiding security camera footage.

Citizens Aldi Neziri and Leonardo Mejdani have been declared wanted. Meanwhile, Ferit Basha, Andi Hyka, and Keivin Bala have ended up in handcuffs.

Police announcement:

The circumstances of the incident that occurred yesterday at "Ali Demi", where a 15-year-old was injured by gunfire, are being clarified and documented.

A 21-year-old man has been identified and is wanted, suspected of shooting a 15-year-old boy with an atypical firearm during a conflict over weak motives in a pizzeria.

3 employees of the pizzeria are arrested and its administrator is wanted, as they did not report the incident and took actions to prevent its disclosure.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Commissariat No. 1, following the investigative actions carried out to clarify the circumstances of the incident that occurred yesterday at "Ali Demi", where a 15-year-old was injured with a gunshot, have identified the suspected perpetrator and several citizens involved in this case.

Following the procedural actions:

- the suspected perpetrator of the injury, citizen AN, 21 years old, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition";

-LM, 24 years old, the administrator of the pizzeria where the incident occurred, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Failure to report a crime" and "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth";

-Citizens FB, 20 years old, AH, 29 years old and KB, 20 years old, employees of the pizzeria, were arrested for the criminal offenses of "Failure to report a crime" and "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth". These citizens are suspected of having cleaned up the scene of the crime and removed the DVR of the security camera in the pizzeria.

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against a 15-year-old citizen, for the criminal offense of "Actions that impede the discovery of the truth".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
