In this municipality of Shkodra, Tom Doshi's Social Democratic Party ranked first with 5,475 votes, 1,074 more than the Democratic Party in second place.
Vau i Dejës is the first municipality in which neither the Democratic Party nor the Socialist Party was declared the winner.
