What would he do if he became prime minister? Berisha: SPAK is a criminal organization, I would intervene
The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke about justice reform and SPAK, while he was invited tonight to the show "Opinion".
He said that if he became prime minister, he would immediately intervene in justice reform, describing SPAK as a criminal organization.
The chief democrat accused SPAK of making deals with criminals and that for this he will have to face the laws of the country.
"My position will be immediate intervention with the Venice Commission, fully trusted by the US. In this reform, they excluded the Venice Commission, we were the ones who included it. In this reform, the Albanian citizen is without a fair legal process, because he has to wait 14 years.
"There is a prosecutor as political as Enver Hoxha's prosecution was. SPAK, due to politicization, is today a truly criminal organization. The one who decorated Dumani, I am sure he would also decorate Jack Smith, he filed a mountain of accusations against Trump and withdrew like a mouse. SPAK would face the law for all the deals they have made with criminals ," Berisha said.
