"He has turned the Constitution into the statute of the SP", Berisha: The President's silence, evidence of Rama's absolute power

"He has turned the Constitution into the statute of the SP", Berisha:

Chief Democrat Sali Berisha accuses Prime Minister Edi Rama of turning the country's Constitution into the Socialist Party's statute.

In a statement from the premises of the house where he is under arrest, Berisha said that the decisions of the Constitutional Court are applied only when they express the will of Rama and his narco-majority. Berisha adds that the silence of the President of the Republic is a guarantee of the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court and another proof of the absolute power of Edi Rama.

Full statement:

The Constitution of Albania has fallen and this for the most number of times. It has simply turned into a worthless paper or the statute of the Socialist Party, whose articles are implemented and interpreted by the head of the Albanian narco-state, Edvin Kristaq Gjipea, according to his personal malignant will.

The decisions of the Constitutional Court, which according to Article 124 of the Constitution resolves constitutional disputes and makes the final interpretation of the Constitution, are applied in Edi Rama's narco-state only when they express the will of the latter and his narco-majority. In the opposite case, these decisions, which in theory have the value of the constitutional norm, are never implemented, but are thrown into the bin as worthless paper, and together with them, de facto, the Constitution itself and the order based on the fundamental book of the state are thrown away.

This happened with the decision of the Constitutional Court for the demolition of the National Theater, which was not implemented by Edi Rama, but was thrown into the trash can. This dangerous precedent, which proved that Edvin Gjipea and his mafia interests are above the Court and the Constitution, paved the way for other similar acts. This happened with the decision of the Constitutional Court related to the mandate of Olta Xhaçka, which again Edi Rama, for his mafia interests, threw in the trash can and did not implement.

He ordered his parliament member Linda not to implement the court's decision to send her for review of the legitimacy of her mandate as the deputy and minister Xhaçka had blessed her husband with 11,000 m2 in Himare and had announced it with the signature of Edvin Gjipese in open opposition to Article 70 of the Constitution strategic investor.

This decision by Edi Rama is a coup d'état within the state in which the narco-majority in appearance, but in fact Edi Rama, take the judicial power in the specific case the power of the Constitutional Court thus making the final interpretation of the articles of the Constitution and the decisions of the Constitutional Court, thus overturning the Constitution and taking the power of the Constitutional Court.

This anti-constitutional act once again marks the replacement of the legal state and the constitutional order with the mafia code and the narco-state order in the NATO member country that claims to join the EU. The silence of the President of the Republic, who, not in the letter of the Constitution, but in the constitutional doctrine, is the guarantor of the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court, is another proof of the absolute power of Edi Rama.

But this act is also a blatant proof of how much the fight against corruption is controlled in Albania by Edi Gjipea in cases where he himself is openly or secretly personally involved. But these acts prove how hopeless Albanian citizens are in their lawsuits against the government for the violation of their civil and criminal rights in a fictitious judicial system that is controlled with an iron hand by Edvin Gjipea.

But these acts also prove the true face and monstrous products of justice reform in Albania. The Democratic Party, as the party of freedom and human rights, guarantees Albanians that the restoration of the rule of law and constitutionality in the country are its main objectives.
