The Supreme Court "overthrew" Salianj, Zhupa: His political prison,

DP MP, Ina Zhupa reacted after the decision by the Supreme Court, rejecting the request of Ervin Salianji for the suspension of the sentence. 

On social networks, Zhupa writes that his political prison is also the complete x-ray of a captured justice system, controlled by the government that gives decisions outside of any formal and substantive legal logic.  

"Political prison by the narco-government is a medal for a combative politician dedicated to the public interest like Ervin Salianji.
But his political prison is also the complete x-ray of a captured, government-controlled justice system that renders decisions outside of any formal and substantive legal logic. Today's decision of the Supreme Court showed it fully.
Ervin Salianji is a unique case, as the first deputy to be tried in courts with general jurisdiction, as the first Albanian in 34 years to be sentenced to prison for a false report, as the only one accused of false reporting without ever filing a report, as the politician who is judged on the basis of the public denunciation that sent a person wanted by Italian justice to prison.
