The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of the Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, who requested the lifting of the security measure "obligation to appear" imposed by the Appeals Court of Kosovo, in relation to the "Partizani" file, on January 5 of this year.

Earlier, in November 2024, Berisha was released from house arrest after about 1 year by decision of the GJKKO.

Meanwhile, Jamarbër Malltezi, also accused of the privatization of the "Partizani" complex, continues to be under house arrest.
