Kelliçi: Why does SPAK amnesty Elton Bualli, the soldier of the Mërtiri-Zoto duo and the beneficiary of 310 thousand euros from AZHBR?

The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, has brought to attention the notification of the SPAK about the arrest warrants issued within the framework of the investigations for the Tirana incinerator.

Kelliçi stated from the blue headquarters that the name of Elton Bualli was missing from the announcement of SPAK, who sometimes appears as the director of the Tirana incinerator and sometimes as the one of Elbasan.

Kelliçi says that with the generosity of Veliaj, with the money of the phantom incinerator, or more precisely with the money of the citizens of Tirana, this citizen has bought 10,500 m2 of land in Sharre.

STATEMENT:

On Tuesday, the Special Prosecutor's Office made public the new arrest measures for the employees of the ghost incinerator of Tirana, calling them a Structured Criminal Group.

Surprisingly, among these 8 citizens, one of the main names of this gang was missing, the implementer of all the dirty work inside and outside the country of the duo Mërtiri - Zoto, the citizen Elton Bualli. Who is this character, I invite you to watch this short video.

On October 18, 2020, together with MP Ina Zhupa, we went to the Sharra landfill to denounce the criminal scheme of stealing 130 million euros, through an incinerator that did not exist in this landfill.

As you saw in the video, the person who attacked us and the few journalists present was exactly Elton Bualli.

This individual sometimes appears as the director of the Elbasan incinerator, sometimes appears as the director of the Tirana incinerator, sometimes appears in his communications with officials in Zimbabwe, sometimes appears in communications in the Netherlands, sometimes appears giving orders in e-mails for the business of lands, and surprisingly this gentleman appears in the communications between Albanian officials and politicians for resort investments of hundreds of millions of euros in Tunisia.

This individual, meanwhile, also appears to us as a businessman. Here we are stopping for a moment: On the screen you will see a notarial debt contract of October 2021, in which the incinerator of Tirana gives half a million euros in debt to the company of Elton Bualli, to buy land near the Sharra landfill.

With the money of the phantom incinerator, or more precisely with the money of the citizens of Tirana, this citizen has bought 10,500 m2 of land in Sharre, as you can see in these two ownership certificates. But the generosity of the Structured Criminal Group led by Erion Veliaj does not end there.

AZHBR has given this individual a full 310,538 euros to build a greenhouse, exactly on these two plots of land that we showed you above.

Even today as we speak, SPAK has forgotten to arrest this individual, SPAK has forgotten to place a seizure on these plots of land bought with Albanian taxes, and above all SPAK has forgotten to seize the greenhouse built with the money of Albanian and European taxpayers . Due to these thefts, today Albanian farmers can no longer benefit from IPARD funds.

I want to address two questions to the head of the SP partner organization, Altin Duman.

1. Why was citizen Elton Bualli amnestied?

2. Whose greenhouse and land is SPAK afraid to seize?

For every Albanian citizen, the scheme of stealing hundreds of millions of euros with the Tirana incinerator by the Structured Criminal Group in Tirana Municipality, led by Erion Veliaj, is quite clear today, but it is even more clear the amnesty that SPAK is giving to the head of this Organized Criminal Group.

We guarantee the Albanian citizens that we are determined to make public every fact and evidence and bring the criminal dome of "Renaissance" to justice.
