The meeting of Enkelejd Alibeaj's group has ended, where the focus of the discussions were the candidacies for the May 14 elections.

At the meeting, it was learned that two names were proposed for mayor of the Municipality of Tirana, Jonila Godole and Roland Bejko.

During the meeting, the deputies talked about how they should act for the May 14 elections and for the unification of the democrats.

The deputy Dhurata Çupi proposed the release of lists for municipal councils, but not with candidates for mayors.

Meanwhile, MP Jorida Tabaku said that we have no reason and no excuse to be the ones who divide the opposition's vote!

Durata Çupi: First, we have to keep the unique structures and the fact that we have a half-for-half opinion, we run the risk of being divided once again and can be reduced again. This is your direct responsibility Enkelejd and Gazi. You must be a communicator.

Second, I have rejected the attacks from the pulpit as bought and sold and today I reject the accusations here that those of us who have a different opinion are considered to be looking out for our own interests. I reject this here as well. PD hurts me and I will do my best to grow PD and unite as much as possible.

We have the optimism to come up with a list of dignified municipal councils and dignified figures and to be voted in much more than other parties. In the meantime, we should not come up with candidacies for mayor. And I have this for the benefit of DP and the union

Jorida Tabaku: I shared the same position I had in September, the opposition must come up with unique candidates! There is no need for us to fight against ourselves, we have an opponent, we have the government and there is no reason and no excuse for us to be the ones that divide the opposition vote! We must protect the DP logo, we must bring out the Democratic Party as an alternative in these elections! I can't help asking for the vote against my colleagues! I have no doubt that to win we must be together, we must be and more than that!
