The member of Tirana presidency Belind Këlliçi, in the protest in front of the capital city hall, said that Veliaj is the chief thief of all Albania.

From the protest, Kelliçi informs SPAK that on April 25, Veliaj is planning to go to the Netherlands, where in fact, the parent company of the ghost incinerator of Tirana is registered, and will finish the unfinished work.
