The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, declares that the following hours are decisive as far as electoral reform is concerned.

Speaking to the journalists, Bardhi said that the proposal of the majority is for the lists to be 100% closed, while the opposition demands their complete opening.

Bardhi said that the opposition has made several proposals and that they will push and push as much as possible for the opening of the lists.

"The proposal and position of our colleagues was that the lists are open. The proposal from the SP group continues to maintain the same situation, that the lists are 100% closed and only in cases where the quota is broken, so they have changed times from 10k to 7k, there may be upvotes.This version of them in our estimation keeps the lists 100% closed.

Our proposal has been to explore the possibility of opening the lists of candidates for deputies to the maximum. For this, consensus is also required from the other side. We have several proposals, we have the maximum proposal of opening the lists 100%, but we will encourage and push the maximum for opening the lists",  said Bardhi.
