"How will you bring the opposition to power?" Berisha answers the analyst: We have solved this issue!
The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was asked by the analysts at Top Story where he was invited, what is the new strategy of the Democratic Party for the 2025 elections.
According to Berisha, the strategy will be civil disobedience, adding that there are no elections, but an electoral farce.
Excerpts from the debate:
Rakipllari: You are going to the elections, what did you think? Have you thought of any new strategies?
Berisha: Yes, we thought
Rakipllari: What is it?
Berisha: Civil disobedience. This is not an election, it is an electoral farce.
Rakipllari: You are the president of PD, you must lead the opposition to victory. Are you driving it to victory or crash? Where are you taking the opposition doctor?
Berisha: I experienced a dictatorship, I faced it and it fell. Fighting a dictatorship is not easy
Rakiplari: So you are in resistance...
Berisha: Wait a minute! What we do is what needs to be done. We will continue until its overthrow. This dictatorship has no future. I guarantee you that these are only the first steps.
Vangjeli: You are in the first steps, doctor. If he is in the marathon, you are in the first steps.
Rakipllari: You make a comparison with Ramiz Ali and you compare him today when this government is supported by the USA, and you are non grata from Britain and the USA. I say how are you going to deal with the gangs? How will you bring the opposition to power?
Berisha: We have solved this. We fight this battle for every Albanian. In this history, you cannot find a regime that has deported more than 1 million citizens in a 9-year regime. Dictatorship needs patience, courage, but there is no future.
