Topalli denounces irregularities in the Diaspora voting: The envelope did not find the immigrant, he chose the vote himself

The DP's political leader for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, has denounced what she has called the "era of electoral miracles", referring to the votes for the Berat district.

In her Facebook post, Topalli published the Berat minutes where the SP received 90% of the votes, emphasizing that this 'is a manipulation with GPS turned off, where the envelope does not ask for conviction, but for 'the conviction of the one who fills it'.
