70 Albanians from Kosovo and Albania are deported from Germany

70 Albanians from Kosovo and Albania are deported from Germany

A plane that departed Hannover-Langenhagen Airport on Monday bound for Pristina and Tirana was reportedly carrying around 70 people who needed to leave the country, including convicted criminals.

The deputy chairman of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in Germany, Günter Krings, has called for an expansion of such flights in connection with the recent deportation flight of Kosovars and Albanians from Hanover.

"This is more than a symbol," he told Welt television.

"These flights need to be intensified. We need more such deportation flights and deportation measures, because asylum law has two sides: We want to give protection to those who need it – but also to deport those who do not need it or who have lost it by committing violent acts," Krings added.
