Police have arrested Nikolla Llogo, a resident of Durrës, who was sentenced to prison in Italy for raping his minor daughter.

The serious incident is reported to have occurred in the municipality of Noceto, Italy, while on May 23, 2025, Nikolla Llogo was declared internationally wanted by Interpol Rome.

The Bologna Court of Appeal has sentenced him to 5 years and 10 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Forced sexual relations with a minor" (with his daughter), the Blues informed. The 60-year-old was arrested with the aim of extradition to Italy.

The police operation codenamed "Operation 46" is finalized.

Sentenced in Italy to 5 years and 10 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Forced sexual relations with minors", the 60-year-old was arrested in Durrës by the Operational Unit.

In continuation of the work on tracking for the localization, capture and arrest for the purpose of extradition, of citizens declared internationally wanted, the operational services of the Directorate of the Special Operational Force in the Criminal Police Department of the State Police, in cooperation with the Durrës Local Police Directorate, provided information on the location of a person wanted by Italian justice.

Based on the information received, a police operation codenamed "Operation 46" was organized and finalized, within which it was possible to capture and arrest for extradition purposes the citizen Nikolla Llogo, 60 years old, resident of Durrës.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted on 23.05.2025 by Interpol Rome, after the Bologna Court of Appeal sentenced him to 5 years and 10 months in prison, for the criminal offense of "Forcible sexual relations with a minor" (with his daughter), an event that occurred in the municipality of Noceto, Italy.

Work continues to finalize the extradition of this citizen to Italy.
