According to the official announcement of the Librazhd Police, investigations into the circumstances of the accident have advanced, and three people have already been criminally prosecuted.

The mine administrator, GB, 56 years old, the technical manager HK, 62 years old, and the shift manager GK, 62 years old, will be investigated for the criminal offense of "Violation of occupational safety regulations."
