Milan officially announces the appointment of Igli Tara as Sporting Director

AC Milan has officially announced the appointment of Igli Tare as First Team Sports Director, through an announcement on social media.  

"He will report directly to the Club's Executive Director, Giorgio Furlani. Born in Vlora (Albania) on July 25, 1973, Tare has extensive experience in Italian professional football, having played for Brescia, Bologna and Lazio.

"After retiring from his playing career, he established himself as a high-profile manager, serving as Sporting Director of SS Lazio for over fifteen years. During his tenure, he significantly contributed to the Club's recent successes, including three Coppa Italia titles and three Italian Super Cups ," reads the presentation that the red and black club makes to Tara.
