'...just don't get our wood wet, the boss is worried'/ Balluk's secretary and driver 1 year under surveillance by SPAK

'...just don't get our wood wet, the boss is worried'/

For a period of 1 year, almost all the workers who served at Villa F-6 and Alketa Pano, the personal secretary of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, were wiretapped by the Special Prosecution, revealing a luxury villa with a swimming pool owned by Balluku.

"The Boss", as the workers and secretary call her, shows interest and takes care of everything, down to her concern for bringing the wood inside after it got wet from the rain that was falling in December 2024 in Dhërmi.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that the wiretapping began from December 2024 to December 2025, uncovering information that provides strong evidence to suspect that this luxury villa is "de facto" owned by Belinda Balluku.

While on paper it exists as property commissioned by former footballer Igli Tare, who stated in SPAK that he left the villa to Balluk due to the friendship and intimate relationships he had with him during his adolescence.

But in reality, in the mortgage documents, this villa continues to be in the name of the company "Eurocol" owned by the oligarch, Pandeli Carapuli.

According to Carapuli's testimony, the property has not been transferred to Igli Tare's name, as he has not yet paid the remaining amount of 75 thousand euros, failing to respect the terms of the order contract.

But unlike what businessman Carapuli claims and unlike what Igli Tare says, the phone intercepts made between Belinda Balluku's personal driver and personal secretary speak of a different reality.

When you listen to the wiretaps between the driver, Albert Ushe, the secretary Alketa Pano, and the villa's cleaner Lavdije Smone, you realize that the luxurious Villa F-6, since June 2019 until today, continues to be inhabited and enjoyed by Belinda Balluku, her children, and family.

In addition to wiretapping, SPAK and BKH have questioned the driver and the cleaner, who have admitted that the villa is inhabited by Belinda Balluku and no one else.

In the intercepted conversation on December 23, 2024, the day before Christmas, a picture is given of a situation during a rainstorm, where Belinda Balluku, through her personal secretary, inquires, "...that the wood be brought inside, so that it does not get wet from the rain...".

The conversation has the following content:

Albert Ushe: What about Keti?

Alekta Pano: Berti, what? You barely made it?

Albert Ushe: Wow! Storm!

Alekta Pano: How did they do it? Or is it like this...?

Albert Ushe: The whole road is like this...,

Alekta Pano: Do you want it?

Albert Ushe: Well, yes. We've been here for an hour and a half.

Alekta Pano: Yes, yes, because Lavdija told me, there was no light, that's why. Look, the boss is only concerned about our wood not getting wet.

Albert Ushe: No no! We put the wood in directly.

Alekta Pano: Where did you put them? Inside? From Viola? From?

Albers Ushe: Well, we put three bags inside and the rest in that closet.

Alekta Pano: They're inside, so they don't get wet? Okay. Great.

Albert Ushe: No no... did we come to wet the wood?

Alekta Pano: Well... do you mean? No, it depends on where we get caught by some rain, some fool, because he was worried.

Albert Ushe: No, my dear. We got wet to put the wood in, don't worry.

Alekta Pano: Hahahahahahahaha! Come on, let's see.

Albert Ushe: Come on.

Alekta Pano: Come on, live. Pacim, pace.

At the time of the call, it turns out that Albert Ushe was in Dhërmi, as his cell phone accessed the network through the antenna located in Dhërmi.

Regarding the possession and use of Villa F-6, SPAK has summoned and questioned the house cleaner, Lavdije Smone.

The latter has stated that she works twice a week at Belinda Balluk's house and once a week at Sokol Balla's mother's house.

In Belinda Balluku's family, she started working about 10 years ago, where she works two days a week. She states that she is paid 20,000 lek per month. She receives her payment every 15 days. Usually the payment is left on her desk when the date comes. She has almost no contact with Belinda Balluku.

She writes down any orders or requests she has on the phone. She states that she is not registered with the tax authorities.

Lavdija has claimed that she worked at the villa in the "Garden" complex. Currently, she has been working at the apartment in the "Nobis" complex for about 7 years. She has also worked at the villa in Dhërmi.

He went to this villa during the summer season and sometimes for New Year's. Mesa remembers going for the first time 3 or 4 years ago. He usually goes to Dhërmi twice during the summer season, once at the beginning and once at the end of the season. He also goes once for New Year's.

She states that she always goes with the driver of Belinda Balluku's family's children, who is named Berti, as well as her husband, Lavdrim Smone.

The villa is 2 stories with white exterior and has a swimming pool. She states that she only cleans the house from bread. Inside, the villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. She states that to go to Dhërmi, she tells Belinda Balluku, Albert Ushe or Joana Bushi.

They tell him that tomorrow or this day they have to leave for Dhërmi./ Syri Tv, Elton Qyno
