Criminal Amnesty/Këlliçi: There were negotiations with Balluk, he

DP MP Belind Këlliçi has stated that the majority has negotiated with Belinda Balluku to participate in the vote on the draft law on Criminal Amnesty.

For Syri TV, Këlliçi said that Balluku has refused to participate in the voting procedure.

"There were negotiations with Belinda Balluku until around 2 or 3 pm to come to the Assembly to vote on the amnesty. According to informal information, I am saying that once we received, she refused to come and vote for the amnesty or participate in any voting procedure in the parliament," said Këlliçi.

The Democrat also referred to SPAK's request for the arrest of the former deputy prime minister. Këlliçi said that he had requested information from the Speaker of the Parliament, but the latter has not yet given any response.

"Now, I asked Niko Peleshi a question today a week ago, for which I have not yet received an official response from Niko Peleshi. Have you received the second request from the special prosecution for the security measure for former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku? As of today, a week has passed, I asked Niko Peleshi again today but not through a microphone, I asked him from where and when I went to debate, and there is no answer from the Speaker of the Assembly. The Speaker of the Assembly must forward it to the Council of Regulations and Mandates, and they must notify the meeting of the Council of Regulations and Mandates and notify the relevant MPs of the DP and the SP", declared the MP.
