The protest against the government has entered its 18th day, while a large number of citizens have gathered this evening in the center of Tirana.
The rally started at "Skënderbej" Square and then the participants marched towards "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard, where they blocked vehicle traffic on one of the main axes of the capital.
Citizens of all ages, activists, and Albanians from the diaspora joined the protest. They expressed their opposition to the government and demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
