"The biggest disinformer of public opinion", Tabaku responds to Rama

Democratic MP Jorida Tabaku reacted after Prime Minister Rama attempted to release two versions of the amendments approved by the EP, one of which, according to him, was in his favor.

Tabaku has reacted harshly to Rama, calling the latter a disinformer of public opinion.

The Democratic MP states that the EP amendments require the restoration of the legal framework prior to the 2024 changes, that is, the changes approved by the majority in the Law on Protected Areas.

The biggest disinformer of public opinion in Albania spoke again!

The euphoria of those who have built a system in service of the minority and not the public interest cannot hide the truth.

One of the mechanisms through which this system was built was the amendment of the law on protected areas in 2024. Through these changes, the way was opened for property and land of extraordinary value to pass into the hands of narrow interests, while today some of the beneficiaries of this scheme are under investigation by SPAK.

Precisely for this reason, the European Parliament's amendments call for the restoration of the legal framework before the 2024 changes. Just as they call for the abolition of the strategic investment law, a law that has become a symbol of preferential treatment, privileges, and the capture of the state by special interests.

Albania can only become part of Europe by dismantling the minority system that works for a handful of people and that has damaged the economy, competitiveness, and trust in the state. This requires deep reforms, strong institutions, and equality before the law.

Those who built the architecture of the captured state cannot be the ones who will build European Albania.
