Berisha: The opposition is under media tyranny, Rama deceived with the media

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of deceiving the public and internationals by, according to him, presenting a study on the media in Albania in a distorted manner.

In a press conference, Berisha stated that the study Rama refers to does not prove that the media is captured by the opposition, but according to him, shows the opposite, proving what he called "media tyranny" against the opposition.

According to Berisha, the prime minister has falsely claimed that most media outlets are in favor of the opposition, while he insisted that the main media outlets in the country are controlled by the government through favors, construction permits, public tenders, and other benefits.

The democratic leader said that independent reports speak of a government dominance in the media space, claiming that 90-93 percent of news and editorials are in favor of the government.

PART OF THE DECLARATION

Today, I am before you to substantiate with studies commissioned by Edi Rama, the media tyranny against the Albanian opposition in Albania.
Edi Rama a short time ago with extreme shamelessness, and I emphasize that when you have no shame, you do everything and say everything, presented himself before the Albanians and the international public as the government of a country in which the media was captured by the opposition.
With extreme shamelessness, he referred to a study that proves absolutely the opposite in relation to the opposition, proves the tyranny of the media controlled by Rama against the opposition, according to which the media in 67 percent of them are for the opposition and only in 30 or so percent for the government.
Such a statement can be made by a person who has lost psychic control, but not from illness, from his terrible psychological transformation.
The study in question, which refers to Edi Rama, has absolutely no connection with the study of the capture of the media.
No and no.
Media capture has its own indicators and there is no more captured media in Europe than the private media in Albania, I am not talking about the state-owned yes and yes, which receive the title of strategic investor, which receive gifts of 4500 square meters of land in the middle of Tirana, left for a gymnasium.
There is no more captured media in the world, which feeds on illegal construction permits.
Which, as has been proven, receive millions and millions of euros from road and public works tenders with the sole purpose of protecting the government and attacking the opposition.
There is no other proven office, which not only directs the news, but also directs the editorials.
Independent and true reports that have studied the capture of the media, have shown that 90-93 percent of their news and editorials are controlled by the government and are for the government.
