The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra has completed the investigations and sent the defendant Alban Thika to trial for the criminal offense of "Fraud, committed more than once".

According to the prosecution, the investigations conducted have revealed that the defendant, in his capacity as the administrator of a commercial company operating in the field of training and mediation for studies abroad, is suspected of having repeatedly defrauded several foreign citizens, receiving monetary sums in exchange for promises of services that were not fulfilled according to the agreements concluded.

Investigations have documented that some foreign citizens have made payments for application procedures and study programs, while the promised services have not been provided or have been provided partially, causing them material damage.
