Berisha: Dumani is hiding Aruba's governors to protect Rama

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has accused SPAK prosecutor Altin Dumani of hiding the names of government officials involved in the case known as "Aruba", with the aim, according to him, of protecting Prime Minister Edi Rama.

In a statement to the media, Berisha said that the investigation of the file and the identification of the businessmen and people involved is important, but according to him, it is not complete without the publication of the government officials who are alleged to have participated in suspicious meetings.

He accused Dumani of treating the case as a “private investigation” and of protecting, according to him, the interests of the government. Berisha demanded that the Parliament’s Laws Committee urgently summon the prosecutor for explanations and make public, as he said, the names of the officials involved.

The opposition leader described the "Aruba" case as one of the most serious affairs, claiming that it is related to organized crime and money laundering in Albania.

The Democratic Party demands the full publication of the names of the officials involved in this matter, while Berisha considered the current investigation incomplete and biased.

Finally, I stated it yesterday, and I state it today, I condemn with the greatest force the protection given to the government of Aruba.

I have appreciated and appreciate the investigation of this file, the release of the list of businessmen implicated in this file and of the traffickers, but I never accept and never agree with the concealment of the government officials or the government official present at the meeting.

It proves that the towers are monuments to drugs and crime.
So, the DP is demanding with the greatest force the release of the names of the officials who were in Aruba.

The investigation is state and not private.
Altin Dumani is a prosecutor caught after he himself laundered money in his apartments.
