DP MPs meet McAllister in the European Parliament, focusing on Albania's

Democratic Party MPs held a meeting at the European Parliament with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, David McAllister, one of the most important supporters of Albania's accession process to the European Union.

On social media, the head of the parliamentary group Gazment Bardhi, accompanied by Jorida Tabaku and Agron Gjekmarkaj, wrote that the focus of the discussions was on developments in Albania and the findings of the latest report of the Foreign Affairs Committee, which highlights the challenges that the country must address on the path towards European integration, including strengthening institutions, free elections and the fight against corruption and organized crime.

As stated in the European Parliament report, integration requires real reforms, strong institutions, free and fair elections, and an uncompromising fight against corruption and organized crime," writes Bardhi.
