Rape of couple in Fushë-Arrëz, injured person speaks out: 5 people

Skënder Nika, who was raped today, has told News24 about the details of the serious incident. He said that the people who raped him introduced themselves as police.

"They told me to stop, the police sat on the ground. One had an automatic rifle, 3-4 others had wooden sticks. They ran away from me and then found my wife on the street.

"She understood what happened to me and came to help me, but they caught her on the street," he said. The incident took place in the village of Arst, in the Municipality of Fushë Arrës.

Preliminary sources indicate that one of the main leads in the investigation is related to suspicions of revenge, as the couple is suspected of having previously reported plots cultivated with narcotics in the area.
