The Assembly has approved the criminal amnesty by majority vote.
The opposition decided to boycott the session and apart from the socialists, only Agron Shehaj and Erald Kapri from the "Mundësia" Party were present.
Prime Minister Rama appeared at the plenary session after a long absence, specifically for the vote.
The criminal amnesty was voted on with 84 votes in favor, 0 against and 0 abstentions.
