Immigrants join the protest, kilometer-long convoy crosses Albania

Albanians from the diaspora are joining today's protest in Tirana against the government, which has entered its 21st day.

The convoy of migrants, which left London and other European countries for Albania, has arrived in Lezha, continuing its journey towards the capital. In the published images, dozens of vehicles decorated with red and black flags are seen, forming a long line of vehicles on the road, while the participants accompanied the journey with car horns.

The organizers of the protest have called for massive participation by citizens at home and abroad, and today's rally is expected to be among the largest held so far.

According to the protesters, the main demand remains the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while they are also seeking changes in the political direction of the country. The participation of the diaspora in the protest has been described by the organizers as an important support for their cause.
