The Director of the Press and Communication Office at the DP, Alfred Lela, declares that the DP is determined to fight Edi Rama's third autocracy, which, according to him, was achieved through an electoral farce.

Speaking on Syri TV, Lela said that the OSCE-ODIHR, through past and current reports, has also denounced Rama's power machinery, despite the fact that the latter has not made any improvements but, on the contrary, has tightened the mechanism of the electoral machinery to maintain power at all costs.

Among other things, Lela emphasized that international partners in this battle of the DP and the opposition against the electoral farce have been informed and continue to be informed.

" It is a battle based on fair reports, including those of the OSCE-ODIHR, which emphasizes what the DP is saying and repeating. It is not a battle to close an electoral cycle, but to dismantle an electoral farce based on facts, evidence, videos and documents, numerous lawsuits that the DP has filed with the responsible bodies before and during the campaign that was manipulated.

The DP in this battle and front will fight Rama's autocracy established for the 3rd time through an electoral farce. It comes and expands, it does not soften, even though the OSCE-ODIHR reports have been suggestive and condemnatory, and we have not seen the retreat of the power machinery and Rama, there has been a hardening and re-mechanization of this electoral machinery to maintain power at all costs.

The DP has continued to do this. It has kept international partners on alert with information and a working group is preparing a database of every violation, they are being collected in voluminous databases. Partners have been signaled for every violation, which is not few, it still requires work not only to collect, select and categorize the May 11 elections, which constitute the May 11 farce. There are 4 resolutions by several dozen European and American-Canadian parties, which say what the DP is saying. The use of the state machinery in the elections, and even the request for a technical government, as a neutral one, which takes away from Rama not only the will but also the means to control the elections and turn them into votes", said Lela.
