He was expelled from the group, says Bylykbashi: Why is Alibeaj's decision

The vice president of the Democratic Party, Oerd Bylkbashi, has spoken for the first time after the expulsion of Enkelejd Alibeaj, along with three other deputies.

Invited to the studio of Euronea Albania, Bylykbashi showed why Alibeaj's decision is invalid. The Democrat said that the decision signed by Alibeaj refers to the 2017 regulation that no longer exists as it was repealed by another regulation.

"Why is Alibeaj's decision null and void? It is a letter after 1 and a half years that we asked the president of the assembly on what basis you had expelled 4 deputies, a decision signed by Alibeaj on January 15, 2022, we had not seen it. He said that he had been eager to do it, that same day Rushaj resigned because he refused to sign that decision. That decision refers to a regulation of the group dated September 5, 2017. In fact, the parliamentary group met and approved on February 12, 2018 the new regulation that repeals the first one bearing Basha's signature.
